Loyal customers Peter Mitchell and his wife had three of their planned Cunard cruises, that they had booked through an agent, cancelled because of Covid and moved their bookings on to new holidays.

When these were pulled they opted for a refund, to be provided directly by Cunard, but the process wasn’t as plain sailing as they had hoped.

“We did it the form but then found out we should have made two claims not one,” says Peter.
